Crisp and cool mornings, bright coloured leaves at my feet. I'm pulling out my cozy sweaters and fuzzy socks, packing away sandals and sundresses.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm currently substitute teaching with Yogacara Studio and Vancouver Lawn Tennis &amp;amp; Session is from January 18th to March 22nd.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Please note the new fee structure:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Drop-in rate is $10.00 per class. Purchase a pack of 4 classes for $35.00. The 4-class pack is valid between January 7th and March 25th, 2007.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Mat rental is $1.00. Please let me know in advance if you need a yoga mat. In the spirit of the winter season, I am offering a yuletide yoga class on Tuesday, December 19th, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm.  We'll breathe and stretch to classic Christmas carols!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Christmas and the winter season is an even more difficult time of year for those less fortunate.  I encourage you to bring a food item or two to Tuesday's class, in lieu of payment.  I will drop off the items at the food cupboard.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Please confirm your attendance by Monday, December 11th.  Should you require a yoga mat, please let me know in advance.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Yoga - a healthy way to beat some of the holiday stress and find space in the body!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;*Please note that there will be no classes on December 24th and 31st.
