Equinox Detox Flow - September 28
Autumn is a good time for a cleanse that will strengthen your immunity for the colder months and prepare your body for the slower energies of winter.Yoga can help with this cleansing process through several ways, such as stimulating your endocrine system, improving your circulation, stimulating your digestion and calming your nervous system.
A series of postures can help the detoxification process by flushing out toxins in the body. Certain breathing exercises can purify the chest, the head and the lower body region. And through meditation, we also clear our head space of thought patterns that no longer serve us.
Join me for a rejuvenating class, during which we will incorporate breathing exercises and a sequence of postures that will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed, ready to greet your busy autumn season!

What do I need to bring? Please bring water, a yoga mat, and a sweater/shawl for relaxation.
If you are free, we can all go out for brunch on the Drive afterwards.
