Late Spring/early summer session

In practising yoga in the warmer months, we find space in the body as we lengthen, expand and release into yoga postures, seeking union of body, breath and mind.

Small Hatha yoga classes in a bright and sunny studio by the Canal.

Class Schedule:
Wednesdays, 6:00pm to 7:30pm
Saturdays, 10:00am to 11:30am
Maximum: 6 students

Session Dates:
Saturdays: May 26, June 2, June 16 (*No class June 9)
Wednesdays: May 23, May 30, June 6, June 13

Your investment:$10 drop-in per class
(Full 4-week session is $35 for 4 classes)
