Fall Workshop Schedule
Come out and breathe, stretch and find space in the body!
- Sunday, October 15th, 11:00 am to 12:30 pm
- Sunday, October 29th, 11:00 am to 12:30 pm
- Sunday, November 5th, 11:00 am to 12:30 pm (FULL)
- Sunday, November 12th, 11:00 am to 12:30 pm
Class format will be about 25 to 30 minutes of pranayama (classical breathing exercises) , a short meditation and an hour of asana (Hatha yoga postures).
Your investment: $8.00 with your own yoga mat; $10.00 if you don't have a yoga mat.
Classes held at 203 Catherine St.(between O'Connor and Bank)
Entrance around the back - off the parking lot.

What do I need to bring to class?
Please bring a bottle of water and a blanket or sweater for the relaxation portion of the class.
Please also complete and bring the liability waiver to class.
*Please avoid having a large meal at least 1.0 hr before class.
